Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Slalom Skis
Used items
Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Cancellation: If your item hasn't shipped already, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. After the cancellation period, but before shipment you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Damage: Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if your item is damaged.
There may be some deviation between the store image and the item that is delivered to you.
All damaged items that are deemed exchangeable will only be exchanged once the damaged item is returned.
All damaged items that are returned for replacement shall be returned in its original packaging or suitable packaging purchased by the buyer. Buyer is responsible for packaging a return and scheduling a carrier pick up with the pre-paid label provided by Seller.
Complaints: Please address your complaint through our demo contact page within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will try our best to resolve your complaint within 24 hours during the standard business week. Please do not expect us to communicate on weekends or public holidays.
